I'm 6'1 190 waist is 34, should I get a large in the mantis. Also is it really taking 8-10 weeks to ship? Anyone looking to sell?

I think a large would fit you fine. You may like the xl better. It's more personal preference and but size than waist size.
Check here for shipping times. Looks like it’s going a little faster now. Either way if you want to order one the sooner the better.

My Mantis was shipped and is scheduled to arrive this Tuesday - it will have been 9 weeks and 1 day from order time (or 25% faster than initially promised).

Have faith ...Tethrd has really sped up their process. 2-3 weeks ago guys were waiting 12-13 weeks ...it's moving in the right direction...

I’m 6’3”, 185 with 32 waist and have a large. I’ve debated on going to a medium multiple times but am worried I won’t have room in a medium with extra layers in colder sits. Large fits just fine.

I’m 6’2” 180 33 waist and traded my medium for a large and much more comfortable. Just some info for ya.
