I use the same ones, just have an extra set. I’m 5-9 155ish and I really like the fit. Could go up or down a fair amount with the chest and should strap adjustments
 
I have the chest adjusters almost all the way tightened If that gives you an idea. If they aren’t tucked into my boots, I’m usually stepping on the heel just a tad
