Just Trying to find out if anyone has used it and can compare to the Phantom. I'm 5'9" 225 considering it for this upcoming season. Any relevant input is welcome. Thanks
Are you planning to hunt in Florida? If so you might want to look into mesh saddles, they breathe better in this heat.Just Trying to find out if anyone has used it and can compare to the Phantom. I'm 5'9" 225 considering it for this upcoming season. Any relevant input is welcome. Thanks
Been hunting out of a saddle for a couple seasons now down here. Mesh or not Archery season is 90° 95% humidity rather something that fits comfortably. Its gonna be hot no matter whatAre you planning to hunt in Florida? If so you might want to look into mesh saddles, they breathe better in this heat.
Yeah I'm one sticking as well, just inquiring on fit versus fit between the two. Was going to add an adjustable bridge if i did switch. Still not counting out a double panel$ for $ I think it's an excellent choice. I am 5 10 255, used a size 3 last year and freaking loved it. I'm not sure what the price is with the sale going on, but it has to be pretty good.
My only complaint now, and it wasn't a complaint at the time, is the lack of an adjustable bridge. I didn't find that to be a problem at all last year, but now that I'm one sticking this year, I wouldn't want to use a saddle that didn't have an adjustable bridge. It's an easy enough addition though, either by yourself or have one made for you.
Good luck on your decision!
Sounds like you got it covered then. I think the H2 slingshot is basically the same saddle as the menace and it comes with an adjustable bridge for around the same price. I’ve heard the menace is comfy though... Probably can’t go wrong either way. Anyway good luck this seasonBeen hunting out of a saddle for a couple seasons now down here.
