My opinion would be to just scout, preset trees and have quiet access. Be careful that your access isn't wide open. Too many of us (including myself) are caught up in the food plot craze. If the trees around the circle are tall, 45' wont get enough sun. Consider a water hole and mock scrape within bow range at a known Buck travel route. Maybe the owner would allow you to broadcast seed out into the crop late season? If so, that's as cheap and easy as it gets.
