Milkweed?

I already have canada thistle, but I have been getting ahead of it over the last few years.
The fight will never completely end, but my property has way less thistle than it did 5 years ago.
We don't have a thistle problem here on our place, but burdocks are a menace. We have a handful of sheep and they are the best distributor for burdock seeds. Our abandoned garden grew some nice ones last year,i brush hogged 6' tall ones that look like some tropic trees.

Help a guy out, never used milkweed before, and thought I may have found some but wasn't 100% certain. Google does zero good if this is in fact milkweed.

Are you in a Dr. Seuss book?

Definitely thistle. As others said, it may even be illegal to spread that. Milkweed has smooth leaves with no burs or points. It puts out pods in the fall.
