Modded Muddy Pro Stick Question

Has anyone ever modded a muddy pro stick to have the holes drilled in it like a beast stick? Seems like that since they are steel it should work, but i believe its 1/16th inch steel tubing so im not sure. If you have and could give me a review of it, that would be great! Thanks
 
They are 6061 aluminum like most other climbing sticks. So easily drillable. They just feel heavy from the step components and large rope cam. I've modded a lot of muddys over the years
 
They are 6061 1/8 wall aluminum
Drill the sticks, take some weight out of the steps, drill the muddy standoffs or replace them with lonewolf standoffs, replace the rope with lighter rope will be about as light as you will get the muddy pros if you want the folding steps.
Do all of the above but replace the steps with double steps will be lighter
If you still want folders use the muddy doubles on top and use a lonewolf single step on bottom.
There’s a hundred different ways to loose some weight with the muddy pros.
The cam cleat is the best attachment method bar none!

Not at the moment. I have these and some full length heliums. Gonna keep them both until i can get some steps. I like having some options available to see which ill like more
