So that bridge is two spliced eyes and two lock stitched eyes with the webbing sewn around it? I like it and that's what I got out of the picture.

Yep, except the webbing slips over the two bridges then sew down the middle, between the two bridges to keep everything tight and from slipping.

1St Make lock brummels, slip appropriate length tubular webbing over the two bridges, make loops and lock stitches, then slide webbing into position finishing with the stitch down the middle to lock it all in.
