So I posted a simple post on here just discussing a nifty way to attach a release holster to a bow. The moderator who will I will not mention now asked the question of my relationship to the person who created the holster. Now of course I have no idea who the person is other than he was professional and did a great job. The moderator then shut down the post. Would a Moderator like to chime in on this? The moderator who who did this will not respond to me.

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Well if that's the case then the rules arent being carried out evenly. I see tons of comments by, who've I've come to find out are employees or reps of a certain saddle company on here. I dont care either way, just an observation. I guess it's the moderator's site so they can do as they please.

So even after I told him I have no idea who the guy is he still shut it down. I’d like a reason why I spend my own time combing some guys product with my DIY idea and he shuts it down.
If you're open an transparent things usually run pretty smooth here.... If you bring a great idea or product people will let you know...
Absolutely but it still doesn’t answer the question why my DIY post was shut down. I could have corrected something but was never given a chance.
Making some inquiries, but a lack of immediate response doesn’t mean much on a weekend during hunting season. Patience is appreciated.

Thanks to the other guys above I think I figured out the problem. I would just have the moderators explain the question and the answer they want and not assume we understand what “relationship” means and never mention a vendor issue.

Just so your aware, every complaint and issue is looked into. It’s not an easy task, the site has grown very fast and a lot of us moderators are new at this. I am asking that you are patient with us. One of the big issues that we are always dealing with is vendors. If your a vendor, state it, if your associated with a vendor, state it. We have had ones get on the forum as vendors or representatives without disclosing it just for the purpose of drumming up business. So bear with us please, we want to keep everyone happy, but it’s a tough row to hoe!!!!
