I just had a thought about the muddy aerolites and I haven't seen anyone do it yet. Has anyone cut them down to make a shortened stick?
The full length sticks are 32" with 3 steps. You could easily cut them down right in half and make a 16-17'' 2 step stick with fold up steps, add the amsteel rope mod on there with a versa button, and pair them with an aider and bam you have sweet 16-17'' mini very packable mini sticks. I think this would be a pretty damn slick idea.
