Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest.
Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade:

2. Click on Account upgrades
3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

Ok maybe I should ask the question a different way. How could I tie off the munter hitch without using any other equipment( I forgot all of it)? Can a munter hitch be tied off somehow using the tag end of the rope like a figure 8 is. Sorry I didn't word the question correctly.
Correct tie off would be a munter mule. With a biner clipped through the loop it creates. Google munter mule ...
And technically you're in the correct side of the binder for a munter...problem is breaking is away from your body and not intuitive or natural, honestly not the best application of a munter...it's made to be above you, and stationary for lowering or belaying someone else.
