My Hawk Helium mods

So i had been waiting for some Hawk Heliums to get back in stock on hawks website (i get a 40% discount, otherwise i would e gotten them from elsewhere) for a while now. Well not too long ago someone was selling them on the facebook saddle hunter page for $60. I bought them. As soon as i got them, i started painting them. Just finished a few days ago and waited until tonight to put them back together to so the paint would fully dry. I had also started some 11 foot long 7/64ths amsteel daisy chains ( i hunt a lot of old growth oaks that 8 foot ropes and straps are a few feet too short for. And here is the product of my labor.

Ya i was thinking that in the dark i would like to be able to see the top of the steps and for the daisy chain to go around. Figured safety should be a factor in it

Is that the same size as the standard Hawk Helium versa buttons? How did you determine the size of the eye holes for the daisy chain?

How did you determine the size of the eye holes for the daisy chain?

I measured it on the button when I made my first loop and then made all the others the same size. Too big still works you just loose some of the adjustability to get the stick as tight as possible to the tree.
