My mom died this morning

Sorry for your loss.

From a hunting POV I have sometimes whispered a “prayer” to my grandmother and grandfather (different sides of family) who I lost recently.

My grandfather was a hunting guide and I ask him to help me bag a deer. I ask my grandmother to watch over me and keep me safe.

No, I’m not aboriginal but I figure if they are up there watching over me then there’s no harm in it.

Head up brother, remember the good times because I’m sure her 88 years left a lot of them. Lost my mom on Christmas Eve in 2010 and my mother in law, my dog and my dad in a 9 day period this year.

I know you don’t want to hear it right now, but life is a part of death.....it will get better. Trust me.

I'm sorry to hear that. Thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

My mom went to the hospital to get a heart valve added by a cather. It was a simple procedure. They added a pacemaker and the wire from the pacemaker punctured her heart and they inserted a drain. A cascade of problems ensued with 2 heart stoppages over a week and kidney failure. The new valve did operate perfectly. She was put on hospice a few days ago and died at 5:00 this morning. She could have lived a few more years without the new valve. She was fine a few weeks ago just feeling faint from time to time but never passed out. She was 88 years old.
So sorry to hear...I'm sure shes in heaven and remember she is now enjoying her old relationships again and celebrating eternal life...God bless you brother

Our loved ones only leave us in the physical. Friends and family who have passed are never far away, we just can’t see them. You can still feel them though. I’m sorry for your loss. She’s still with you in spirit. You guys will reunite one day.

Im so sorry to hear that bro. My prayers for you and your family.

Sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with and your family.

Sorry for the loss. That's terrible news. If I can be of any help I'm here.
