There is a sporting goods thrift store that I frequent where I live. They buy old sporting goods and the resell them so their inventory is constantly changing. I went there yesterday and came home with these little treasures.

I am sewing up a strap with a flat hook and OCB right now (both of which I already have) so I can go out and give them a try. I doubt I will use the bolts they come with as much of the land i hunt, they would not be legal. I am pretty happy with this find.

I have some cleanup to do in these. They had duct tape on them and are pretty gunky right now but nothing a little acetone won't clean up.

I have several of these exact steps if you'd like some more. PM I'll make ya a great deal.

I don't think I need my more but thanks. I doubt you would have as good a deal i got on these 5 anyway. I only paid $5 for all of these.

I put these steps on an original Ameristep strap with an OCB. I went out and put the ROS on a telephone pole in my back yard and they were rock solid and did not budge. They weigh just a bit more than my Ameristep ROS but they pack much better. These will most likely be my go to platform moving forward.

Those are loggy bayou steps. They're between a golden buck and skyhook. Super solid. @redsquirrel has the ones I used to have. Good score!

These are actually the API golden buck steps. They still have the labels on the bottom of them. I wish they were the ones with the enclosed slot but for $5 I am not going to be too picky.

Nice! Ive never Seen the golden bucks with the open slot! For $5, you can't complain at all. @redsquirrel swears by these, and sounds like they are solid.

I wish I could find my API Golden Horn limb saw...that thing was unbelievable!
