My sticks and platform

Getting ready for first public land quota of the season this weekend.... little sticks and aiders aren't for everybody but oh the packability......

That's everything except bow....not really interested in total weight. Feels on par with millennium m100u i have been carrying. 11-13 pounds maybe.....moot point to me. Being able to slip throu thick stuff and not worry about getting tangled up is what it's all about.
Hey Weldabeast I have a question for you about your platform. What are you using to attach it to the tree? The reason I ask is because I made one similar to yours and I tried it out with a ratchet straps. Trying to find something not so noisy. Thanks in advance for any information you can share.

Nice... I used to carry sticks like that. My stand offs are fixed and i cut my neck/shoulder after slipping on a wet log.
I can see the benefits to the stand offs rotating like that.
That rabbit bag looks pretty neat. I just have a cheap-o academy gamewinner bag.
Whatever gets you in quite and is comfy to carry is a win in my book.....i guess that's why switching to the saddle has been so awesome

Add 2 pounds for stand offs, bolts, washers, nuts, etc....not sure amsteel or versa strap but either 1 doesn't amount to much weight. This set should be close to sub 6 pounds with 2'' wide step.....pairs up with my new step aider (which turned out very stable) climbing should be much smoother and comfortable on the balls of my feet. These are the same height as the set I've been using and i can get to 20+ft easily. I'm debating on only carrying 2 sticks since i usually only end up 15ft up anyway and i can hit that with 2 easily

New stick design looks great! Almost wish I would have seen it before my. Beast stick purchase.

Still need some bolts.....can't wait to get these into service.. No more 1''wide standing surface.
