I'm looking for a good, and simple, summer sausage recipe with some directions on process. Going to try for the first time this year. I have a sausage stuffer and a smoker.

Any suggestions recommendations or tips?
 
Not sure if you're looking for a kit or not but you can't beat Hi-Mountain's summer sausage. If you want you can add jalapenos and some high temp cheese too if you like that style.
