Need to buy cam cleats...where is the one's muddy uses...or similar

Do you all think the ronstan Large cam cleats will mount to a helium without issues? Im at that 250lb range. I do not want to push the mediums

I broke a small one while testing it last year. I was jumping on the stick to try and break it. Never had an issue with medium cam cleats

I bought some off of amazon and I’m not that enthused. Here are some cons. They are huge and make it hard to stack helium’s nicely. They are not very high quality. I had to drill a hole at a slight angle to get the mounting bolt to line up. They make a loud metal banging together noise when you remove your rope. I tried tape to quiet them down but it didn’t last very long. Pro’s are they are unbelievably easy to get on and off the tree and get very tight to the tree with not effort. I just don’t trust them over 3’ off the ground even though I literally jumped up and down on them trying to get them to fail and they seem fine. I weight 225 and they seemed solid. That being said, I’m going to a small versa button with the versa straps. Just my experience.
 
Do you think that the harkens or ronstans will be of better quality or are they just marked up with a name stamped into the same device?

Here is what I got. The ones you listed look to be of better quality. I would avoid these.

I’m thinking seriously about adding these to my DIY platform. Those NAUTOS look like good quality pieces. Is there no way to find out what factory the muddy ones are made at?
 
I am not sure the cleat is something you would want to skimp on. That and the rope will be the only things keeping you attached to the tree. All the cheap knockoffs are not worth the risk to me
 
Ya i went with the larges. 250 300lbs is cutting it too close.
