I tried my hand at building a modern sporting rifle in 7.62 despite being told by everyone it was a foolish endeavor and now I’m beginning to hit the wall. At this point I just wanna sell the upper and go to something a little more reliable. Unfortunately I’m not quite sure how to go about selling the upper. Most of the obvious places like FB and Craigslist have rules similar to our classified which don’t allow for the selling of gun parts. (Probably should’ve checked before I posted it here lol) I figured I’d ask here if anyone has had experience or could offer some suggestions on how to go about this! Thanks again

Get on your states local hunting forum. They may allow the sell of gun and gun parts.

I’ve never used it but a lot of people sell on arms list but I don’t knowwhat that entails. Good luck!
 
Have you considered getting a long trench coat and hanging out in an alley?
From there you simply hang the upper inside the trench coat, and open it for folks passing by asking if they'd like to purchase.
 
What 'wall' are you hitting in the build? Put together to spec they are very reliable rifles. Are we not allowed to talk about the ar15/ar10/sr25 platform here or is it something else?

Same- are you trying to build a lower from scratch, like an 80% or is it a finished lower?

Armslist has gone “paid membership” now. Posting an ad there is basically as simple as the classifieds here.
