New camo, impressive.

Bit the bullet and bought some new camo. I wasn't hunting, but wearing the jacket and hat with blue jeans. My camera caught me walking by, so I edited it with a gray scale filter as deer supposedly see. Im impressed as it seems to break up my shape extremely well, and I'm not even trying to hide. The blue jeans, not so good.

Deer see colors, just not the same as humans. My guess is that this is not camo (hawaiian jacket?).
 
The blue jeans next to a tree in that pic would blend in better than next to the leaf covered ground. And the jacket against the solid tree trunk would stand out more.
Hard to match every hunting situation with one pattern. And I don’t know how much it matters to the deer anyway.
 
This is Sitka EV2, so its designed to blend in/hide up in the air. After seeing this photo, no doubt its gonna do well up in the air.
