Hi all, just bought my first bow since childhood and started target practice with the hope of arrowing my first deer in the 2020 season.

Settled on saddle hunting after a few weeks of researching climbing stands and sticks etc.

I will be hunting public land and using SRT to get up the tree I have determined. I already bought all my essential climbing gear and I am gonna sew me a sitdrag or a fleece saddle in the coming months. Really glad I found this community so early as I have already gotten a lot of useful info and ideas.

I am a DIY freak and am very stoked about that aspect of this community.

Anyway, thought I would introduce myself. Looking forward to a spring and summer full of target practice and practice sits.
