Didn't know any thing about saddle hunting till last issue of Traditional Bowhunter. Really sparked my interest in trying saddle hunting. I've been trying to research which saddle to buy and which climbing method. Saddle kind of pricey so want to try to get one that will work for me. Hoping to be using this style of hunting come fall and move away from ladder stands. I used my climber last year and really fought it. First time I used it in 7 years and used to be very good with it. Looking for something easier and safer. Don't know if anybody near me has one to try for size.

I have a friend in Sanborn who I'm trying to convert to saddle hunting. I've hunted in Niagara county with him.... you guys have some giants!

If you know you're gonna be out towards Rochester get ahold of me on here. Unfortunately I just sold my Medium TL saddle, but still have a small TL (cutting it close for comfort but I like the size better- I'm a 30" waist). I'm probably going to order a flex size 1 shortly.

Been saddle hunting a while.... this will be my 12th season in one. I can probably help you a bit with decision making.

Thanks for reply. Just received my first saddle on Friday. A Flex size 1. Waiting for WE steps I ordered the beginning of May. Once I get the steps I'm sure I'll have questions for you.
