I've been a tree stand (ladder, hang-on, and climber) hunter for years, hunting primarily on family land about an hour away from where I live (Nashville suburbs). Now that I have a 10-month-old son, I'm hoping to do some suburban hunting near my house so I can minimize my time on the road and maximize my time with my boy. I've lurked here for a long time and seen how efficient and mobile guys here can be, and I'd love to get into it.
Please let me know if you have any gear for sale (although, admittedly, my budget is pretty limited due to the copious diapers I'm buying). I'd love a Tethrd saddle and Predator platform, but think those are out of my budget. A sit-drag seems like the most budget-friendly option, and I'm definitely open to that. Also, while I've read about many of the DIY options on here, I'm open to those suggestions, too. Thanks in advance!
