Old steps

Found some old steps, no straps, aluminum but look solid. Painted this one with some old camo green.
Anyone what these are - Ameristep?
Anyway, what would be some good straps to get for them?
Not sure what they weight, but they will work for shorter walks in, or maybe cut down, all solid, not bolts or screws.

Actually, looking at them, cut down not an option.
