Good luck to all who are heading out this morning. I got up at 4:30 and poked my head out of the door. It’s too humid here in the Sandhills to climb a tree... I’ll pass. Forecast looks great for Wednesday. Maybe I’ll change my mind for an afternoon climb if it will be more comfortable.

God luck to everyone 20’ closer to God this morning. Hope all are safe and successful. The best season of the year has officially started in Georgia.

Good luck and be safe to everyone hunting today! Our season is 18 days away. Hopefully it cools down by October 1st. It is going to be 92 degrees with 94% humidity here in south Louisiana today.

Beautiful morning to be in a tree. Just shot a doe. Gonna sit for another hour or so and see if I can make it a double. This 2 year old 8 point has been hanging out all morning

That’s the beauty about NC, it’s equally miserable in the summer, but at least we get a break in fall, winter and spring. We pay for that with state income tax

We open next Saturday but I checked cameras this morning to find another deer I want to kill and eat

My wife actually mentioned NC as a possible place for us to retire

How’s the hunting?

How bad is the state income tax?
