Im having a hard time finding a budget-friendly pack frame with a decent sized shelf. Im not looking for a bag with it, just a frame that isn't too tall but has a decent sized shelf(bigger than Alice frame shelf). Any thoughts are appreciated.
 
Check out the Kelty Cache Hauler. Not a bad frame for the money.
