Packing up while in water....

How do you guys get you sticks and platform ready to pack out if you are hunting in water or where the ground is wet? I will be using homemade wild edge steps and a predator platform. Both will be strapped to the outside of my pack. I was thinking of carrying a small screw in hook and placing it about chest high to hang my pack on. That way I would have both hands to get my stuff packed up. I am used to using a climber with a third hand bow holder too so I'm not sure what I will do with my bow either. I guess I can strap it to my pack for the climb down then transition it from the ground. Any thoughts??

If I plan on hunting in water I do what you suggested. Place a hook, screw in or strap on, about shoulder high. Hang bow on it then hang pack. Unpack sticks or whatever for climb, put pack on back, attach pull rope to bow and climb. When I lower bow after hunt I try to get it back onto hook and again use hook to pack up. The hardest thing is keeping your pull rope from getting tangled on site, quiver or cam. Mine is not retractable. Usually the pull rope is the only thing wet.
