I decided to paint my predator platform, my camera base and arm, and my carabiners. I wanted to play around with the sponge method and I was very impressed with how it turned out. Decided to post them up on here for discussion and to see what everyone thinks of it. I used a gray primer as a base, then brown, then dabbed on black then green then gray. Still need to see what it looks like during day light but I believe it will look great.

Great job. Might have to do that with mine.

Dang! The post on that predator just disappears on that tree. Nice job. Looks like I've got some painting to do.

That turned out great! It inspired me to do mine as well using similar method with a sponge...

Assembled after 4 coats of clear coat. Time to let it cure for 4 days or so before getting back in the saddle to practice...

Both of those predators look really good. Question, are you guys doing the bottom of the platform? Otherwise, you are only camoing it from yourselves and the birds.

Lol...of corse.....same color and method. Gotta hide from those birds though
