I use paracord to hoist my bow, and at times a pack loaded with gear. Gripping such a small diameter to lift heavier loads is not always the easiest. Has anyone used some sort of hand clam cleat like the one pictured below to lift paracord? This one in particular is $100, looking for something less expensive. (Yes I know about Doyles)

A pair of camjams from lowes with little webbing loops clipped through the hook part would be a 10 dollar solution

Never had issues with lifting my pack, xbow or guns wearing gloves with some rubber coating or padding on the palms. Quick half wrap around your wrist if it's really heavy .
