Platform build

I do think it is an effective birth control method.... but Red might be an exception in light of recent events ;)

The only downfall to crocks, well there are 2. Wet grass=wet feet and in the winter or on wet surfaces, be prepared to bust your a$$. Never tried the fuzzy lined ones, but can feel the awesomeness just thinking about it.

On that note, the bottom wears out to quick and they get slick. They're like death traps on a rainy day after that.

Crocks on an aluminum floor boat are the devil! I've busted my rear a time or two.
They are comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Good for camping when you have to get out the tent to pee. They are dirty though if you are in a sandy dirt area. Add some wet grass to the mix and you got a mess but they clean up easy! Lol

Gave it a rattle can camo paint job and went with versa button style. Couldn't get the cam lock to work right. Been having a blast on public land and seeing more deer then I thought I would. Sit drag and platform is the way to go.

Fisherman, please don't hijack our Croc thread! haha
I just bought a pair of black ones with the fuzzy liner this weekend. something for weddings and funerals.

That's a great looking platform. why would you switch to the XOP? How heavy did yours end up being?

Only have one pair of crocs need to get the winter pair. Pretty much the reason I would want to switch is because is to pack the platform flat I have to take the Pin out and store it in 2 pieces. It's kind of loud out in field if I clank then together by mistake

Mine are camo. When I'm feeling lazy but want to shoot squirrels on my property I wear them. Not bad for spot nstalk i must say. :)
