You can’t via pm , just have to text it. It used to be a thing but takes up too much server space.

I think you can send a link to flickr.com which does not take up server space, well only a few characters worth. Some one sent me a link to a youtube video which I could view fine from within the message.

You need to link to a pic hosted elsewhere via the insert image icon.
