Can anyone explain how? I click on the pic icon from my phone but it’s different than posting in the forums?

You can't post them directly using the site like you can in the forums. I believe you can use another hosting site and link them but, I have never done it.

I had this issue a while back where the "Attach files" button didn't show up in the PM screen. Howeer, I found I was able to post pics in PMs using Tapatalk. My issue has since resolved itself (not sure how) and I don't use Tapatalk much so to be honest I can''t be sure it still works.

You need to link to a photo posted elsewhere as stated. The reason photos can be posted directly in the forum is so that hopefully the content with images can stay there as long as the site exists. We've gone through 2 major migrations now and most of our content has survived. The consequence of this is that the size of the site gets pretty large. If we were allow everyone to post photos directly to the site via PM the size would be excessive.

Yea I figured it was something like that. Data storage or servers or something smart sounding lol.
