Practicing from the saddle without a tree at the range

Yeah I'm gonna test it, my ladder is pretty heavy but I may have to hang something off the other side

yeah no kidding...i would probably take 2 long heavy duty stakes and run some rope on the other side and keep it rock solid

I hang from my ceiling fan to practice. my wife turns the fan on and I can practice shooting 360 degrees

I've had a design kicking around for attaching 4 lengths of iron pipe to the bottom of a section a post to make a mobile "tree" but it's too heavy. The stakes and a rope is a better idea than hanging something off the other side

Rated for 400#. I probably wouldn't want to get too acrobatic on one of those but for static hangs and practice it looks pretty good.
