Selling my custom size 2 Predator (Brown Deception) Camo Aerohunter Kite saddle. I worked with Aerohunter to have it made for this past fall. I ended up using it for most of the months of November and December but switched back to a LW stand because I found it easier to shoot my stickbows with heavy clothing.

The saddle is in great shape. I replaced the thick stock rope bridge with thinner static line and replaced the leg buckles with G-hooks. Also, I replaced the waste buckle with a dual-adjust Austrialpin plastic buckle. Even with the heavy static line bridge, the saddle weighs just a hair over 2lb.

I will include an Aerohunter backband (Gray) and two 7’ sewn eye ropes from Wespur. One with a small and large eye (tether) and one with a stopper knot and a small eye (lineman’s rope).

Asking $350 tyd.

What is the purpose of the mesh inside of the Predator cloth material? Seems like a Kestrel with mesh on the inside....? Interested in a Kite but don't understand this.

It’s essentially a Kite with a thin Predator camo ‘denim’ material. The safety comes from the mesh seat - the camo fabric wouldn’t be safe by itself IMO. Casey made it from 4 single-layer panels. I think the predator fabric adds just a slight bit of support beyond what just a mesh seat provides (similar to a Kestrel) but is DEAD quiet, unlike cordura.
