Hey did you guys get an email when your predator platform was shipped. I just checked my order status/account on the Tethrd site and I see that my order for the Mantis, etc still says processing, but my order for the predator is no longer there. I am hoping that means it is in the mail perhaps? Didn’t get a shipping notification anywhere tho, so just wondering out loud.

Best thing for you to do is contact tethrd directly. I am sure they will help you out. I know some had their emails go spam....

I never got one for my predator but I did for the mantis.

I got a shipping notice for my Mantis but not for my ropes. The status for my ropes said “completed” and they showed up shortly after.

If your order has disappeared altogether, I would email Tethrd. Their server crashed, and who knows what kind of weird stuff could have happened in the process. If it's showing as completed, congratulations, your Predator is on the way.
