Primal Plywood Platform Question

I made one a few months back and I really like it. I am using a primal step with the buckle. The last few times I used it I am getting squeaking noises when I shift my weight on it. I can not tell if it is the wood against the tree or the strap and buckle. Any one else experience this issue? If so how did you fix it? Thanks in advance.
 
Throw some stick on velcro onto the plywood where it contacts and you can rule that out.
