What has everyone come up with to get their weapon up to their hunting position? I’d like to come up with a better way to manage rope than a simple paracord and D loop... Ideas?!!!

300lb fishing braid on a small spool. It's slick so its easy to pull out the occasional knot. I put it in a cargo pocket after I hook my bow and it auto spools out as I climb. Let your bow down at the end and just drop the spool to the ground before you climb down.

Below is a link to the poll I did on this topic earlier. As on now, has 131 total votes on this very subject.

Adding it here as there are lots of ideas that might answer some questions on this topic Although I don't remember the specific one above being mentioned.

I have a summit retractable with rubber ties on the business end but don`t use it anymore. I love this simple effective way to do this as shown in this video. Kudo`s to hunt urban.

I just bought paracord today to do this.

I use 3/4” mule tape. It’s the best pull rope I’ve found

I just use paracord and store it in my dump pouch
