Comfort compared to standard saddle? I’m currently in a old style Flex

Can u use a back pack in conjunction with JX3 or is it not necessary?

No platform required?

just watch my first video on the JX and these r my questions so far...

Thanks!

I’d say more b/c there’s no real opportunity for hip pinch. But you may not be getting that in your current setup anyway.
You need a really small pack to use w/the Jx3
ROS is preferred b/c your feet are on the side of the tree not in front of you.
Only real trade off is a little mobility, I find I can maneuver easier in a traditional setup. But there’s a definite nod to all day comfort in the hybrid.

Come to the light, the JX3 tree saddle light..............
Don't be afraid, you will sit from dark to dark very comfortably, be able to snooze when you want, no dreaded hip pinch, no back aches, you can shoot 360° around the tree.
No platform required, only a ROS, no knee pads required, no sore knees, built in pack frame for carrying all your needs. Buy once, cry once.

I second the "No sore knees". I am more of a sitter, and in traditional saddles the knees where a challenge.

Thanks guys I started 2 years ago with the Mantis, I could never get comfortable in it. The Flex was a major upgrade in comfort. For what ever reason I never considered the JX till now, the comfort factor is attractive as is not having to fool with the knee pads or a platform. Looks like I can work off the top of my climbing steps and a screw in step or two ? But dang that’s a chunk of change!! But should be able to move my Flex (old style) and predator with out to much trouble to off set the cost.

I feel your pain. I still have a Phantom, Flex and Cruz'r. Once I got my JX3, I have not used any of the others.

I will admit, this is my second JX3. I never gave it an honest chance on my first one and sold it. Needless to say, I bought another one and have not looked back. Now I have to "traditional saddles to sell. I will keep the flex or Cruz'r.

Good luck.
