Quieting my carabiner against my CT Roll n Lock

Thought I'd share this. I've been thinking minimizing the metal to metal noise from my carabiner and my CT Roll n Lock. I know many have wrapped theirs with camo tape but I wanted something a little stronger.
I cut pieces of 1/2" heat shrink and applied.
Here is a before and after.

What brand of carabiner is that, if you dont mind sharing?
I discovered that the Tethrd carabiner will not fit through the CT last night.

They are Xinda. They are UIAA certified.
I picked them up from Amazon.
I have also watched videos where guys test them and they broke at 29KN and are rated at 25KN.
They seem to work well for me.
