Recommendation on Bear bows

Heres a pic of my Kuma 33, I've never had any issues with the ata length. Bears are pretty easy to work on and adjust, I get approximately 270fps with a 425gr arrow, 12% FOC, 63# DL, 27½DL. Every deer I've hit with it has been a clean pass through.20211031_222053.jpg

I'm not dead set on a particular brand, and I'm willing to try any of them to find the right one for me. From my understanding, the longer the ata may give you an easier pull and faster speeds. That's why I was leaning more towards the Kuma. Feel free to make any suggestions on any of the brands.
I believe the cam system is what makes the draw cycle easier or harder. I have shot older Mathews with the smoothest draw cycle. I bought a vertix a few years ago and it's as aggressive as anything I've shot. It's feels like 70 lbs pretty mucht the whole cycle. If it has a higher ibo speed, chances are it's not smooth. It's kind of one or the other. I have a bowtech prodigy that's the smoothest bow I've drawn. It's not fast though. If you can find a good conditioned used Mathews traverse, I hear those are unreal and would fit in the upper range of your budget.

Good luck

For starters if you don’t need brand new hit AT or rokslide classifieds. I got a brand Remedy for $640 shipped with quiver.
Secondly as most mentioned don’t go in with a bow in mind. I have had a few flagships yet I always seem to find the mid range bows more enjoyable to shoot. Some exceptions of course. I find my $275 new quest thrive to be more enjoyable then my vertix.
Also look into the doodads for the bow you choose. I selected the remedy due to not having to buy $50 mods each time I want to try a different length or let off and top hat kit for tuning. If I didn’t have a full shop setup I wouldn’t get a bow that needs a press for several adjustments.
Bear is right up there with most of the bows now days. Everyone can talk ibo etc but it comes down to comfort of the bow and comfort of the bank funding it. I wouldn’t get hung up on ibo. My vertix was fast with light arrows. I used the same arrows on some slower bows and actually less poundage and a few shot faster. If you are set on a bear check the other archery forms. I see tons for sale and trade.
