Recon review

Does anyone have an issue with the linesman loops pulling up against the buckle between the top and bottom portion? I have inverted the top and bottom panels and the linesman loops get stressed quite a bit when I am sitting in it. When hunting are you guys running the top of the top panel about waistline? So the buckle is under your normal belt buckle? I have used it before and liked it but I struggled with it this morning. Spent a lot of time fidgeting with it. It does seem like the teher has to be pretty dang low or it tries to pull the bottom panel up my backside and tries to slip up. I don't have much of a backside but it feels like I could slide out of the bottome.
