Buyer sent it back… ole @Red Beard committed the cardinal sin of saddle mods and cut the belt short to fit his enviable waistline.
I just tried it on - I’m a 33” waist, and I ain’t clipping the belt buckle if I’ve got 10* winter layers on.
I would say anyone under a 32” waist is fine.
You can also easily sew in a new belt or extension - it’s got a plastic buckle so it’s not intended to be load bearing.
