Does anyone have any experience with this platform? Out on a Limb makes it. Website says it weighs 3.5 lbs.

I’m currently using a XOP platform which works just fine, but seems a bit heavy. I’ll transition the XOP to a preset and use the Ridge Runner for mobile hunting.

This should get you going. Searching ridge won’t help much. Cuz deer live on em. But searching runner, only in titles, will get ya on the right path

That’s great! Thanks for the searching tips. I did search the whole name and didn’t get anywhere.

My main questions are how does it do with side pressure? Is the platform grip good? I hunt in snowy Michigan so that’s important. Is it worth the cost?

Does good with side pressure. Great grip! OOAL are my favorite platforms of all that I’ve tried. I have an original and a 2.0 ridge runner.

Michigan hunter here with a ridge runner. It'll be just fine for our weather.
