Looking at a frontier set but idk if they are windproof, it says breathable .can a fabric be breathable and windproof at the same time?

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. There is no such thing as waterproof and breathable. Never has been. Any company telling you that is lying to you.
That being said, Rivers West is some of the best rain gear out there just don't expect it to be breathable.
