Roller slide made a big difference

This may be a dumb post, but as someone newer to saddle hunting/archery I didn’t realize there was a difference between the plastic cable slide and the roller slides.
I shoot a Bowtech Amplify and it came with the plastic slide. I recently put a roller slide on and holy cow did it make a difference for me in the smoothness of my draw and the quietness of the bow on my shot.

Speed will be marginally improved as well.
