OK, I'm wanting to change out the factory poly ropes on my WEI steps for 7/64 amsteel. (I have 400ft leftover from a spearfishing floatline project). Only the amsteel is orange. Any reason I shouldnt? I'm not really worried about color but looking to get others input (and bump up my post count since the new classified rules).

I dont think it would matter. If you're hunting public itll also let someone know you're there. By the time a deer would notice it, if they even would, it would be in the kill zone.
