When making rope mods for standard lone wolf sticks what rope is a better rope to make it out of and what size. Thanks for the replies

Since no-one else has replied, I'll say this: the standard used to be 1/4" Amsteel. I works great with my Hawk Heliums, and worked with most other sticks 2 years ago.
