Rope question for SRT and One Stick use.

How do you set up your rope for multipurpose SRT and One Stick use. Right now I have a quick link tied on with a scaffold knot that seems to work well for one stick.

For SRT what do you do different to make the rope better situated for being pulled up into the tree into a girth hitch?

Take out the scaffolding knot and put in an alpine butterfly and reattach the quick link to that?

Or do you girth hitch into the quick link?

Thanks in advance!

Why not just put the rope through the quick link and pull it up? Tie your pull down cord to the quicklink. It should pull down easy.

I'll try that. Thank you for the response.
