I need to get rope for a tether and lineman belts. Was thinking I'd get 11mm (since I have Ropeman 1s). Looking for about 30 feet (2 8ft LBs, 1 12ft tether, extra for knots).

Also want to do diy versa button mods on 3 helium sticks. About another 30 feet? Probably 8mm (better ideas anyone?) for that but if I order together maybe I can combine shopping costs.

I've not found "short" lengths anywhere but eBay, which makes me nervous about actual rating, safety trustworthiness, etc.

What's a good source for these less than 100 ft lengths- any sales going on, etc?

There's a clearance rope tab on Wesspur that I've had some good luck with. Predator is available there by the foot regardless.
 
You can buy rope by the foot at places like wesspur.com, treestuff.com, and r&w rope, you may just have to search around a bit.
