I am ready to try my saddle for the first time, a modified sit drag w a rock climbing harness backup
I currently have a 24 in bridge tied onto the saddle out of 1/4 amsteel blue . It to me looks a little short , but it is 24 inches across
How many out there use a 30 inch bridge

Your post says “tied” and “amsteel blue” in the same sentence. If you really are using knots in amsteel, please change them to spliced loops. Knots in amsteel are not recommended.

I'm sorry ,wrong choice of words . I did splice eye loops . . Locked brimmed on one side , other side brimmed with lock stitch

I think most are somewhere in between 24" and 30". Do we have a poll for this?
My issue (If u will) after burying 8 inches each side of bridge, my Purrsik of zing it for backrest , when adjusting up or down , will go from 1/4 in part to bury part which of course is thicker . Wondering how or if that'll work
