Saddle for wife?

A latitude method 2 panel will probably be a good choice and I’m sure a cruzer XC would be fine as well. I know there are kid sized saddles but I think they would be too small.

My son was 6 and about 50 pounds when he tried the Phantom. Hung upside down with no issues. But I’d let her try a few for herself.

If you actually want her to enjoy herself, go with comfort and safety above all else. Pioneer from Ape Canyon, Overwatch Orion, CGM Cobra with a webbing belt…don’t worry about the sleekest most low-drag system. Get her in a high quality Cadillac of a saddle and she’ll not make your decision perpetually regrettable.

Pretty close to my daughter's size. She has used a size 1 kestrel the last few years. She hasn't spent long amounts of time in it. But she hasn't complained. So I would think any saddle in the smaller size would work. For me I wanted her in a saddle with rated leg buckles. Not G hooks. How comfortable is she climbing trees and such?

Very comfortable climbing etc, she is basically a spider monkey. The "big boys", like Tethrd and Trophyline don't make a small, will look at Kestrel. Thanks.

I’m not being facetious, I really mean this: good luck finding one. It can be done, but people who had them when Aero Hunter went out of business, largely do not want to part with them now. If you can get one for $225 or under, go for it. I think Overwatch or Wood’s (again, if you can get one) or Ape Canyon or CGM (with webbing and buckles) are the closest things to a Kestrel in safety and comfort. And that Ape Canyon price tag is .

Like @DelaWhere_Arrow said. Kestrels can be hard to come by. I was just giving an example that the smaller size saddles can work. I keep an eye out for a smaller size for her to try something else. But still thinking leg buckles. Orion, cruzer, or I think even the TX5 stuff has leg buckles and make a smaller size. If your not worried about the buckles, just look for the smaller size.
Every saddle will fit everyone different. But I honestly don't think she would have a problem fitting the small size saddles. Maybe @JCLINE84 @always89y or @Fl Canopy Stalker can comment about sizing and what they found works for smaller women. But they will all offer a little something different.

Stating the obvious but women have wider hips(proportionally) so it may not be as hard to find as it seems based on the 120lb number. A saddle that works for a 150-160lb guy might fit perfect. Depends on body type though.

Hope you are wearing your helmet if you are going to say that saddle makes her backside look big.
