I did it, or at least I THINK I did.
Question...when I look at my icon, it doesn't show my forum name next to it like all the other icons show you guy's names. Does that happen for each of us when we look at our own? Or is the map somehow not saving my name?
This friggen technology is killing me. It wasn't easy getting this accomplished. Maps wouldn't even open with Safari...I had to switch browsers.

Just checked. Your name shows up when I view it.

@redsquirrel is there anyway to get the map back on the front page? It's kind of an out of sight out of mind thing. I completely forgot about it and new guys don't see it unless they are directed to it.

Very often on this site people are looking for other Saddleers in their neck of the woods. I thought it would be nice to have a little map showing where we all are. So, I built a custom google map for us.

You can be as specific (your actual address) or as general (city/state) as you'd like.

You can view the map and add yourself by following the directions here.

You can view the map on your phone (Google maps app), but you must add yourself on a desktop computer.

Ya, I'm at Forest City Archers. Usually there on Sundays around 11, good group of guys. 3D range is open year-round as well, still have 25-30 targets out there. Even got some guys interested in saddle hunting hahaha.

Lemme know if you wanna come out, maybe we can get together. It's a bit challenging with the shorter days, but the weekends usually work.
